In the world of disc golf, strategic choices can make all the difference in your game. One such choice is the number of putters versus mid-range discs in your bag. Here's why carrying more putters and fewer mid-ranges can elevate your game:

Precision is Key: Putters are designed for precision. They offer excellent control and accuracy for those crucial medium to short-range shots. By having more of these in your bag, you increase your shot options when approaching the basket. That in turn increases your chances of nailing those shots and saving strokes.

Short Game Mastery: Disc golf is won or lost in the short game. With a diverse range of putters, you can practice and perfect your short range shots becoming a true master of the green. Short-range accuracy is more valuable than long-range power.

Versatility: Many putters can be thrown at the same speed as mids, making them versatile additions to your arsenal. This allows you to adapt to various situations without carrying a surplus of discs.

Weight Management: Reducing the number of mid-range discs lightens your bag, making it more comfortable to carry throughout the round. This can be especially beneficial during long tournaments or rounds.

Mental Edge: Carrying multiple putting discs can boost your confidence. Knowing you have the perfect tool for those short, critical shots can ease your mind and help you focus on the game rather than worrying about your equipment.

In conclusion, prioritizing putters over mid-range discs can help you become a more accurate and versatile disc golfer. It's all about playing to your strengths and maximizing your short game – the key to success in this challenging sport. So, next time you hit the course, consider loading up on those trusty putters and watch your scores improve. ⛳🏆 #DiscGolfStrategy

I already do this but only because I have been trying to throw my putters 300ft to get my distance up with my other discs (midrange, fairway, distance). It's definitely good to hear it from an advanced player to help make it more concrete. Ty.
